The Historical Association is proud to announce that it is leading a consortium tasked with drafting changes to the National Curriculum and GCSE subject content, following recommendations from the recent Curriculum and Assessment Review (CAR). 

We will work alongside an experienced team of curriculum designers and writers led by the Historical Association’s Deputy President, Dr Michael Maddison who brings extensive expertise in curriculum design and educational leadership.

Further information will be released according to the strict DfE timetable for the process.
