MAT membership – strengthening history across your trust

Save up to 20% when your schools join together

We know that budgets are stretched and that accessing high‑quality, subject‑specific CPD and guidance can be challenging. We’re here to make it easier.

If your schools are part of a Multi‑Academy Trust, federation, or soft federation of local authority schools, you can make significant savings on HA membership – while ensuring every history teacher across your organisation gets the expert support they need.

Exclusive discounts for trusts and federations

  • 5+ schools: All schools receive a 5% discount
  • 10+ schools: All schools receive a 10% discount
  • 20+ schools: All schools receive a 20% discount

This is a cost‑effective way to invest in your teaching staff, strengthen your curriculum, and deliver excellent history education across your Trust.

Trust membership also includes a free online introductory session with a member of our team, the content of which we can tailor to your needs.

My vision as History Lead for the Trust was to ensure that all pupils have access to a secondary history education that matches the very best in the country. Ensuring that every history teacher could connect with the wider subject community through the HA was really important to me.

Having all of us as HA members showed our teachers that, while we are part of a Trust community, we are also part of a history community — with a body of work, a body of literature, and a body of CPD that we should all be drawing on.

The HA has always inspired me and given me purpose in my teaching, and now many other teachers across the Trust can experience the same.
