The History Department of the university in partnership with CAT are putting on an exhibition entitled " Canterbury: England's Crucible AD 597 - AD 1603".
This free exhibition will include local archaeology from CAT including a medieval skeleton , 19 large specially commissioned colour panels, a giant model of the city in 1500, a film, interactives etc. A lecture
programme accompanies the show and for families there are free medieval puppet shows every Saturday at 12.30, 2pm and 4pm. There is a free city trail and a fully illustrated childrens' book available.
