The Essex Branch have just announced their 2010/2011 programme. Highlights include lectures on:

The Italian Renaissance, Mountbatten: Hero of our time, Women and Work in the Middle Ages, The Strategy of the American Civil War, Witchcraft - How 'bad' were the East Anglian Witch-Hunts of 1645-47? Mid-Seventeenth Century English Witch Persecution in Comparative Context.
